The Signature line of sauces and rubs are the same product BBQ'n Fools used in there many many BBQ Competitions. Winning 100's of awards - From State Grand-champions, to Best in the State, to the Jack Daniel's World Championship placing a 5th Place Brisket...using our products.
Recently our Chipotle-lime rub won a 1st place at the Scovie's Awards, the same rub took two 1st place at the Scovie's Awards 10 years ago. Amazing!

This rub took many 1st place and helped the BBQ'n Fools (Grant Ford) take a 5th place Brisket at the Jack Daniel's World Championship Invitational Barbecue.
This rub is amazing, It has won 1st awards placement for over 10 years, recently winning a 1st place at Scovie's the same contest took (2) 1st place 10 years ago this year.
Another amazing story of this jerk, when we first enter into a contest a fellow from Jamaica came by our booth, tried the jerk and like it, Took a 2nd place at the 2007 Fiery Food Challenge
So Grant got to thinking, and you know that can lead to some foolishness...lol. This mix will make up 4 lbs of rib rub...that's right 4 lbs. You add the brown sugar. Recommended amount include but your can adjust to your taste, less brown sugar more HEAT!
Designed by Grant Ford, this new sauce, entered into the Scovie Competition on its first debut takes a First Place. designed after my Hot Teriyaki Pepper Version, has all the great flavor but not the same level of heat. So, folks that are not chili heads can enjoy it's wonderful flavor, with out the burn.
This is the BBQ'n Fools original BBQ sauce used in our competition BBQ events. This sauce a little spicy, but very well balanced. Helping the Fools win 1st place in Chicken, and Rib often - Even taking Team of the Year in both Chicken and Ribs in CA. As for the sauce awards, it's been winning awards since 2007 up to currently 2026 at the Spicy Flave Awards
Another BBQ'n Fools Sauce used in competition sparingly it got a bit to it. But on the sauce competition it rain supreme. With wins as far back as 2004 with a current number of wins of 11 with Scovies, Fiery Food Challenge, Zesty Best, American's Best Professional Food, Hot Pepper Awards to name a few.
This sauce was used to change up a competition entry, and proved to be a winning idea. On the sauce world, our teriyaki is not what you would expect, many folks not teriyaki lovers find our sauce unique and excellent flavor. National BBQ News Sauces of Honors, Spicy Flave Awards along with adding a new direction for a traditional sauce.
Can only say, "Amazing" This sauce was won, won and won..In a Tri-tip BBQ Competition not only taking 1st Place but a perfect score from the Judges. It has been winning awards since 2004, with a total todate of 12 1st and 2nd places

You can say it Low and Slow is a common term. While Grilling is Hot and Fast. Let's talking Barbecue or Grilling so I can help you the best I can.
